仙台の南に位置する白石市。白石市長からの依頼をうけて「白石デザイン会議」「白石デザインフォーラム」の立ち上げに携わり、「白石第二小学校」「公立刈田綜合病院」の建築設計をおこないました。子供たちや保護者の方、先生方、医師、看護師、市民、役所担当者、そして街の皆様との直接対話やワークショップを通して参加意識を育て、愛着を持たれる街づくりのお手伝いをしました。
